Due to racial discrimination or misunderstanding and have no alternative to human needs and appeal to  survival and need the assistances to apply the fund and subsidy, or secondly to beseech the 60,000 pcs of the artworks could be dealing as the loan or partially like other collateral ways or negotiable as bartering ways etc. or thirdly to take part in alliance or to operate a jointly run business that in order to function continually the contemporary activities or tour and around curriculum or course of the two main pioneer founders of the "ZHUOMO FIVE CHARACTERS OF  THE BEI  AND TIE " of the Chinese Calligraphy and "ZHUOMO YING QIGONG" and finally hoping that could be toured around all over the world, if possible starting in home country and later on in China, United States, England, Singapore, Hong Kong and Europe etc.(mentioned separately) :

First of all, I really apologize to my disturbances and beg to ignore this email in which if causing any disagreement. The above mentioned of the three alternative ways and our URL www.zhuomo.com which would be rectified from time to time and also simplify the profile of the "Zhuo Mozhai Jituan " in which concerning Zhuomo personal particulars and the proposed mega activities that had described as below: -.

 

My father Ye ZhenLai or Ye JianPing who master name was Zhuomo, and he was the former quantity surveyor and estimator of Song Pang Seng Construction (m) Sdn. Bhd at the years of 1973,later on became the JKR registered contractor and housing developer etc. and from the years of 1980 to 1990,he had awarded the international competition of Chinese calligraphy and painting etc. and also had appointed as chairman or president at some social activities etc. having the conditions of  financial freedom and leaving the post and firms since 1982 and also from the years of 1990 to 2007 he had declined or refused any invitations and activities and finally restarted at the years of 2007 and unfortunately discovering two remaining limited companies which dealing with imported products were handled by the good friends, and suddenly closed at 1985 and at the years of 1994 ,one of them was passing away and the others were leaving without giving any notice or information, and this was the very good lesson for Zhuomo indeed..

 

Zhuomo's father who was quite famous of Chinese calligrapher and grandfather who was the Kungfu master, both of them having the great of influences of the powerful and effective interaction like an ecological ways or environmental circumstances that were happening during his living of the childhood.

 

Because of the arguments among the Chinese calligraphers were happening that were causing at the different or incomplete characters of the Chinese calligraphy and also had strong disputes and debates between the two main factions of the BEI and TIE and these oppositions were still uncompromising in present moment.

 

Due to these reasons and  circumstances, Zhuomo had devotement or fulfilment of his ambition to participate and researching the Chinese calligraphy more than forty over years and  finally had inventing two extraordinary careers that were the PRIOR FOUNDERS of the "ZHUOMO  YING QIGONG" and "ZHUOMO FIVE CHARACTERS OF  CHINESE CALLIGRAPHY" which were combined with two comparative factions called Bei and Tie and Bei composing of the ancient inscriptions on monuments and stone etc. and the Tie consisting of the scripts on silks and papers etc. and  Zhuomo had suggested and conditioned the judges and the appraisable  committee members that should be qualified with five characters of the Chinese calligraphy in his organization of "ZHUO MOZHAI JITUAN" ,these regulations had been made that were to prevent and minimized the suspectable reaction and criticism to the results of any competitions in the world.

 

The "Zhoumo five characters of the Bei and Tie Chinese calligraphy" were including Kaishu, Xingshu, Caoshu, Lishu and Zhuanshu etc. and each character of Bei and Tie also had many different styles of writings which were represented by every dynasty of China, and the "Zhuomo Ying Qigong "component with Chinese ironhand, traditional Qigong, Wushu, Karate, Thailand  boxing and Kick boxing etc. but this prior martial arts were considered as the fundamental stage or in the incubation period, fortunately these two performance, probably could be deemed as the first founder and the pioneer in the world without any literalism, but in point of fact and would be certainly considered as the improvement for the image and the reputation of the country indeed.

 

Zhuomo had four mega anticipations for his ambition, he had successed in the first step for the said foundering achievements and the second expectation aiming to be like the "national treasure" and really should be reinforced and bound by the government and beseech that the demand will be considered in future or as soon as possible, then the third step also could be continued to break-through at the highest orientation.

 

Zhuomo's apprentices, trainees and students were spreading all over the world as long as more than thirty over years in the past, having artworks accumulating in the inventory record until at the years of 2003 at approximating nearly thirty thousand pcs. which are true without prejudice and also can be in anywhere, anytime provided that should be under secure conditions.

 

These grand quantities of artworks were  saved in Asia and Europe etc. were owned by Zhuo Mozhai Jituan and really not only the disposition to take statement but thoroughgoing realism in Chinese calligraphy and also quite a number of the master pieces of the artworks were in "No Sale" condition indeed and assuming and hoping that these artworks could be deemed as corroborated and collateralized  property or asset etc. and Zhuomo had a sense of belongingness and hoping that could be brought back in the country at the best ways (please browse the contents of the last item in URL www.zhuomo.com and showing the partial of the artworks with prices were bound by some conditions that also could be considered as the bartering items etc.)

 

And the above confessional application if can meet your attention and consideration then the financial problems are entirely or automatically been solved and the ten years of the proposed plan would be carried out without any resistances in which that could be explained more clearly in the necessary way later and that is my point of views for the application indeed.

 

A) Need assistance to apply the Ten years plans for the fund or subsidy or loan etc in which will be expected and spent at the prorata or proportional ways in Malaysia and China and other countries etc (measured separately) as below: -

 

1) Setting up the head quarter to the existing researches or faculties in the universities or collages or other places (measured separately) for the "Zhuomo 5 characters of Bei and Tie of the Chinese calligraphy "together with "Zhuomo Ying Qigong" in Malaysia and China etc.(other countries measured separately) the expenditures including the preliminaries and preambles including attendances, housing allowances, office overhead, transportation, medical allowances, sundries and contingencies etc. approximately at amounting of M$ 280,000.00 (Ringgit: Two hundred and eighty thousand only) each unit per annum.

 

2) The provisional sum of dollars to specialist services only for our proposed or having in process of the main activities and organizations in Malaysia and China estimated at the lumpsum of M$ 180,000.00 (Ringgit: One hundred and eighty thousand only) per annum as below: -

 

a) literature and art activities (measured separately): -

 

i) special function to coach and instruct the lecturer for "Zhuomo 5 characters of the Chinese calligraphy"-tour and around curriculum or course.

ii) coach and instruct to appraize judges, determine and estimate the artworks & handcraft articles etc.

iii) -ditto- specialist or invite specialist as member of the auction committee etc.

iv) seminars as above-mentioned items.

 

b) commerce and trade for foreign and domestic etc.

 

i) sale and purchase artworks and handcraft articles etc.

ii) "Zhuomo points " for the barter trading, human resources, services of the communication, informatics, commercial and industrial technology and publishes etc.

 

B) Need assistance to apply the loan for 30,000 pcs of the artworks as fluctuately estimated in the list of 2003 inventory record, amounting over 100 millions of Malaysia dollars (measured separately), and the process would be carried out in Malaysia and China as bellows:

 

1)Tender for the government and private sector in civil engineering works including furniture finishes, demolition and renovation etc.

 

2)Barter trading in building materials, human resources, services of communication, informatics, multi-media, commercial & industrial technology and publishes or VCD products etc. (measured separately).

 

3) The business also would be doing as similar as all the above mentioned items in China, Singapore and Hong Kong etc. (measured separately)

 

4) Joint venter or other functions to the projects in Hainam of China and the particulars or documentations would be given if necessary.
